In accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), of Law no. 190/2018 and of Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, Furniture Vision has the obligation to administer securely, and only for the purposes specified, the personal data you provide about yourself, a member of your family or another person.
The purpose of collecting the data is to be able to provide our services, to provide support regarding your orders, and to inform you of changes to our services and of any new services offered by us or by our partners.
You are not obliged to provide the data, but it is necessary in order to complete an order.
The information recorded is intended for use by the operator and is not published on the site or anywhere else, nor is it made public. Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), you have the right of access, the right to intervene upon the data, the right not to be subject to an individual decision and the right to apply to the courts. You also have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you and to request the erasure of the data. To exercise these rights, you may submit a written, dated and signed request by post to Splaiul Unirii nr. 313 b, (Incinta ICPE SA), 030138, Sector 3, Bucharest.
As you browse the site, we record statistical data about the pages visited (the page address, the date and time of access and the IP address), in order to understand which sections of the site are of interest and to improve the content. This data is stored solely on our own server, is not transmitted to third parties and is not used for personalised advertising. We do not use remarketing or retargeting services (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, AdRoll or similar) and we do not place advertising cookies. Any other communications or materials sent through the site (such as questions, comments, suggestions or other messages of this kind) shall not be considered confidential.
Your data will not be transferred to other countries.
If any of the data about you is incorrect, please inform us as soon as possible.
Data retention period
Browsing statistics (the page address, the date of access and the IP address) and the terms searched on the site are kept for 12 months, after which they are deleted. Messages sent through the contact form are kept for 3 years from the last correspondence, so that we can respond to subsequent enquiries and keep a record of the commercial relationship. Once these periods expire, the data is permanently deleted.
Right to lodge a complaint
If you consider that the processing of your data infringes personal data protection legislation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP): www.dataprotection.ro.
